Tammie has been a Photographer and photographing for 15 years capturing many different events and people. Her main areas of Photography are Events, Red Carpet Award Shows and Photo Shoots. She's committed to meeting those needs and capturing quality images and having fun at the same time. Her photography website is called "Capturing the Moments" because she loves capturing the moments with people who have a love for entertainment, art, nature, and family.
The excitement of the capture and the creation of a memorable moment in time is her thrill and the blessing that photography brings. Within those moments are opportunities for thought, remembrances of places, smells, feelings and more. Relying on the sight of her eyes through a small lens, finding that special moment that is captured for a lifetime, has always been her passion. As a photographer, she seeks those things, places or people that tell a story. With experience, she enjoys seeing the vast number of possibilities in the world of photography." Capturing images and memories is a passion for her, not a job. And her philosophy and thought is Cameras don't take pictures, Photographers do. Cameras are just another artist's tool. The single most important component of a camera is the "person" behind it. When it comes to actually interacting with her subject or talent, she is all "heart". She makes her subjects feel relaxed and comfortable and gives them lots of encouraging compliments, and tells them how excited she is to work with them. Her number one goal is to convey to the people that she's photographing that she's ensuring to capture their BEST image.
In addition to her work as a Photographer, she's been working in the TV/Film Industry since 2012, thanks to Atlanta's growth in the Television and Film industry, working as a Background Actor (Extra), Stand-In for Actresses and in front of the camera as Talent. Also working behind the scenes as a BTS Photographer for events. She has also had roles as a "Photographer" on many Television shows filmed here in the Atlanta Metro area.

I’m a licensed Cosmetologist, and in 2012, I decided to create a product line. In doing so, I align myself with designers, models, and event planners to allow my brand to grow in public view. In 2020 my brand had finally been assigned to be a part of a fashion reality show worldwide. I was in 8 stores throughout California. In February of 2020, I shipped my Tomboy Wicked brand to India, Italy, and San Diego. Excited to be a featured brand for this new show of influencers my TomBoy Wicked brand was on its way to being A Huge success. Little did I know Covid19 was on the horizon. In March, Covid19 would shut down not just the nation but the entire world and my momentum. I was at a loss on all financial and business levels. I then received an email from the fashion Institute where Anna Wintour was commissioning everyone to give back to the up-and-coming designers as they too were about to file bankruptcy due to their clothing lines being shelved or stuck in a warehouse. I felt bad but didn’t quite know how to show support or be of service but knew I needed to do something to give back. The very next morning I decided to put together a show I would call it, “KAFTV Models Talk.” A show sharing the Good, the amazing, and the fashion in each of us. This would be a show where I featured designers, Models, actors, and musicians. My thoughts were that this would keep us all relevant and moving forward, after all, these people were the same group of people that helped me keep and grow my product brand, “TomBoy Wicked” a line created for men but loved by women. Which was now also shelved and, in some cases, locations closed permanently. I begin to film in fall of 2020 during covid19 using every precaution. I created a website and YouTube channel, as well as developed a Roku channel. We are now in every country that has Roku TV. Today, “KAFTV Models Talk” has been featured in 2 magazines, LA tribune, and become one of the main outlets for LA fashion week 2022. All of this as I thought of how to be of service to others. The same others were of service to me.
