Some entrepreneurs are born from ambition, others from adversity. For Yarden Carroll, founder of Crowned Creative™, it was both. With a background in electrical engineering, digital marketing, and a lived story that’s equal parts resilience and brilliance, Yarden didn’t just build a business — she built a movement. Through her signature R.E.G.A.L. Offer Framework™, she helps women transform their skills into strategic, scalable offers rooted in real results.
From corporate workshops to high-impact VIP strategy days, Yarden is helping women rewrite the rules, raise their rates, and reclaim their power.
Please tell us about yourself and the services you offer as a business owner.
I’m Yarden Carroll, founder of Crowned Creative™, where we help service providers turn their expertise into premium offers that scale with strategy, not stress.
Before launching my business, I spent years in the utility industry and electrical engineering. I hold a bachelor’s in business and marketing, along with dual digital marketing certifications from the American Marketing Association and the Digital Marketing Institute. That unique blend of technical skill, strategic thinking, and creative storytelling now shapes how I help clients build offers that work in real life and in real numbers.
But credentials weren’t what built my company. My why came from hitting the wall myself. I was grieving, burned out, undercharging, and almost walked away from entrepreneurship after investing in coaching that didn’t serve me. I followed everyone else’s rules until I finally asked the better question: what if I built a business around my voice, my vision, and the value I bring?
That’s where The R.E.G.A.L. Offer Framework™ was born. It’s a methodology designed to help women package their brilliance into offers rooted in results, offers that close confidently, align with their mission, and honor their lived experience.
Through Crowned Creative™, I support clients through:
• The R.E.G.A.L. Offer Accelerator™
• Private VIP Days for fast messaging and offer strategy
• Corporate Workshops on leadership, storytelling, and strategic positioning • Fractional CMO Services for nonprofits and impact-driven teams
• Framework Licensing for coaches and consultants scaling their own programs • Paid Speaking Engagements on visibility, brand positioning, and legacy-building
I’m also a wife and mom of three boys, so everything I teach is built to work for real women living real lives. I don’t push hype or hustle. I build foundations.
What was the turning point that led you to found Crowned Creative™ and design the R.E.G.A.L. Offer Framework™?
The turning point was realizing no one was coming to permit me to lead.
I had followed other people’s formulas, invested in frameworks that didn’t reflect my voice, and watched my business stall while I played small. At some point, I had to ask myself a different question. Not “What am I missing?” but “What if I’m the one with the solution?”
I went back through what was already working for my clients. The structure, the clarity, the way I helped them position their genius and speak to real outcomes and that became the foundation. That’s how the R.E.G.A.L. Offer Framework was built.
It came from experience, not theory. I didn’t create it to impress anyone. I created it to solve the problem I couldn’t find a real answer to.
Can you walk us through how the R.E.G.A.L. Offer Framework™ transforms a vague service into a premium offer?
R.E.G.A.L. helps you go from “I offer a little of everything” to “Here’s the specific result I help people get — and why it matters.”
We break it down like this:
● Result-Oriented: Clear outcomes and transformation based on your lived experiences and expertise
● Engaging and Exciting: Built to grab attention before you ever pitch
● Guaranteed Transformation: We focus on the end result, not just tasks
● Avatar and Business Alignment: Your offer fits your ideal client and your lifestyle
● Lucrative: Because expertise should be priced accordingly
This framework has helped my clients land five-figure contracts, license their IP, and finally create offers they’re proud of.
What would you like to tell our readers who are considering to become a client of yours?
If you’re ready to build something rooted in strategy, not hype, I’m the strategist you call when you’re tired of guessing.
But let me be clear. I don’t make empty promises, and I don’t work with everyone.
My best clients are women who have the skill, the heart, and the drive — but they’ve been stuck in the loop of trying to do everything at once. They’ve downloaded the templates, sat through the webinars, joined the free challenges, and still feel like they’re not making traction.
If that’s you, what you need isn’t more information. You need a framework and a guide who actually sees your story as your strength, not something to skip over.
I build systems with women who are ready to show up for themselves. Women who are ready to stop discounting their genius and finally lead with the clarity and confidence they’ve earned.
We don’t just create offers. We create equity. We turn your lived experience into legacy work that attracts the right clients, commands the right prices, and positions you as the expert you already are.
What would you say to a woman who’s burnt out from hustling and afraid to raise her rates — even though she’s over-delivering?
I’d tell her she’s not crazy, and she’s definitely not alone.
Burnout is real, but it’s not a business model. If you’re constantly exhausted, constantly discounting, performing just to be seen as worthy, something has to shift. And it’s not just your pricing. It’s your perspective.
You deserve to be paid in full for what you’ve overcome, what you’ve mastered, and what you deliver every single day with excellence and integrity.
Raising your rates isn’t greed. It’s growth. It means you’ve stopped apologizing for the impact you create. When your work transforms lives, teams, or bottom lines, undercharging isn’t humble. It’s costly.
Here’s the truth. Shrinking doesn’t protect you from burnout. But alignment does. And that’s where everything begins to change.
What has been one of your proudest transformations — a client or moment where you witnessed radical clarity and confidence emerge?
There was a client who came to me in pieces. Mid-divorce, doubting her ability, calling herself “just a coach.” She was brilliant but quiet about it. Life and underpricing had chipped away at her confidence.
We didn’t start with logos or launches. We started with her voice. Her value. Her truth. We rebuilt her offer using the REGAL Offer Framework™, not to impress the algorithm, but to anchor her in outcomes that matter. Together, we shifted her message, cleaned up her model, and restructured her pricing to reflect the transformation she delivers.
Within weeks, premium clients started saying yes. Within months, she had peace. Not just because her income shifted, but because her story did.
She messaged me and said, “This process healed me.”
That moment reminded me of what this work is really about. I don’t just help women build offers, I help them come back home to themselves. Because when you finally see yourself clearly, you stop waiting for permission. You start standing in your power. And you price like it.
Many women struggle with owning their value in business. What personal experience made this your mission?
Because I was her.
Too tall. Too loud. Too ambitious. Too much. I spent years shrinking myself to fit into rooms that were never built for me. I thought if I toned it down or made myself easier to digest, I’d finally be accepted. But shrinking didn’t keep me safe. It kept me stuck. And I was never meant to stay small.
I’ve survived abuse, betrayal, racism, and burnout. I’ve rebuilt after loss. I’ve walked away from relationships, left careers that drained me, raised children while rediscovering who I was, and kept going when quitting felt easier.
I’ve lost money, time, and opportunities. But I never lost the truth. And the truth is this: my story isn’t baggage. It’s my blueprint.
What changed everything wasn’t a program or a new business model. It was the moment I stopped hiding and decided to lead with the fullness of who I am. I stopped seeing my past as something to silence and started treating it as the foundation of my power.
That’s why I do this work. I help women take their lived experience and turn it into clarity, confidence, and cash flow. One of my clients came in unsure of what made her different. We clarified her voice, built a signature framework around her expertise, and now she’s not only booked out, she’s being invited to speak on stages and has a signature program that has been filled in 3 different launches. That’s what happens when you stop shrinking and start owning your story.
I know what it feels like to be invisible in rooms you were born to lead. And I’ve made it my mission to make sure we never forget who we are or question our worth again.
How has your own mindset around pricing and worth evolved since becoming a business strategist?
In the beginning, I priced from fear. I didn’t want to be seen as too much or too expensive. I wasn’t focused on alignment. I just wanted to be chosen.
But as I grew in clarity, I realized I wasn’t building a business to compete on cost. I was building a brand rooted in transformation. I’m not here to be the cheapest option. I’m here to be the most aligned solution.
Now, my pricing reflects the depth of my expertise, the quality of my delivery, and the measurable outcomes my clients walk away with. It protects my capacity and commands the level of respect that opens rooms, not just doors.
I don’t price to avoid rejection. I price to reflect results. That shift didn’t just elevate my income. It shifted the caliber of clients I attract, the confidence in the contracts I close, and the authority I carry as a leader.
You’ve impacted over 50 women entrepreneurs and counting. What legacy do you hope to leave through your frameworks and teachings?
I’m building in the spirit of women who didn’t just create content — they created frameworks that shaped culture:
● Mary McLeod Bethune — Built institutions through education and policy.
● Maya Angelou — Turned storytelling into a resilience strategy.
● Brené Brown — Reframed vulnerability as leadership.
I want my legacy to be more than motivation. I want it to be infrastructure.
Crowned Creative™ isn’t just a brand. It’s a blueprint. I’ve built frameworks that help women create offers they can license, teams they can lead, and IP they can protect. I don’t want my clients to just build momentum — I want them to build equity.
The R.E.G.A.L. Offer Framework™ was designed to scale. Whether that means helping women close high-ticket clients, train internal teams, or teach others through certification and licensing, the impact isn’t limited to one industry or audience. It’s designed to multiply.
My legacy is helping women move from “I created something that works” to “I created something that lasts.” This isn’t about being known. It’s about building something that doesn’t need me in the room to keep growing.
