Palm Springs International Festival Taking Place January 2-13, 2025;
Film Awards Scheduled for Friday, January 3, 2025 with Silvercrest to Serve as a New Co-Presenting Sponsor

(April 4, 2024) – The Palm Springs International Film Society announced that the 2025 Film Awards will take place on Friday, January 3rd at the Palm Springs Convention Center, with the 36th annual festival scheduled for January 2-13, 2025. The Film Society has also forged a multi-year relationship with local corporate leader, Silvercrest who will serve as a new co-presenting sponsor, along with IHG Hotels & Resorts, of the prestigious Palm Springs International Film Awards.

Tammy Reese began her career as a theater actress performing in 60 live stage shows a year with The Media Unit TV and Stage Production Company. She also directed the weekly live TV show Rough Times Live.
Eventually, she went to Empire State College to obtain her degree in media studies. After graduation, she did more theater and wrote and produced her own videos to spread awareness on social issues through the arts.
