The wait is over! The official trailer for Hurry Up Tomorrow, the highly anticipated psychological thriller directed by Trey Edward Shults, has finally dropped, giving audiences a gripping first look at the haunting world of Abel Tesfaye, Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoghan.
Set to hit theaters on May 16, 2025, Hurry Up Tomorrow is a cinematic experience like no other, pulling viewers into an eerie and hypnotic journey that blurs the lines between reality and delusion.
A Star-Studded, Unforgettable Thriller
Inspired by Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye’s sixth studio album, the film follows a musician plagued by insomnia as he is thrust into an existential odyssey alongside a mysterious stranger, played by Barry Keoghan (Saltburn, The Banshees of Inisherin). Jenna Ortega (Scream, Wednesday) also joins the cast, bringing her signature depth to what promises to be a spellbinding and emotionally charged role.
Helmed by visionary director Trey Edward Shults (Waves, It Comes at Night), Hurry Up Tomorrow was co-written by Shults, Tesfaye, and Reza Fahim, with production from Tesfaye, Fahim, Kevin Turen, and Harrison Kreiss.
