ANNIVERSARY PARTY

As the glittering lights of the Cannes Film Festival were seen across the French Riviera, a different kind of spotlight was being cast—one that celebrated a decade of innovation, creativity, and community in the world of acting.
This year marks the 10-Year Anniversary of WeAudition, a pioneering platform that has transformed how actors rehearse, prepare, and connect. To honor this milestone, WeAudition hosted an exclusive celebration on May 16, 2025, at their stunning location in the heart of Cannes: the WeAudition House on Avenue Maréchal Juin.
The evening was a standout event during festival week, drawing actors, filmmakers, and industry insiders from around the world. Fashionable, stunning outfits were also seen at every turn. Guests truly dressed to impress, with a strict black tie and cocktail attire dress code in place.
The festivities began with a VIP reception followed by the main celebration.
At the core of WeAudition’s mission is community. Over the past decade, it has become the go-to platform for actors seeking self-tape readers on demand. Whether preparing for a major audition or simply running lines, actors can connect with experienced peers from around the world, all from the comfort of their own space. It’s a powerful combination of flexibility and collaboration, blending technology with human connection. The creators of the company mingled with attendees and discussed their platform.
Giovanna Salas, CEO of Heart of Hollywood Magazine, was on the curated guest list.
“We're thrilled to return to Cannes and celebrate with the creative forces who’ve made WeAudition such a vibrant, supportive space,” said a representative from the WeAudition team. “This night is about our incredible community and the exciting future ahead.”
It was a dazzling night of conversation, connection, and champagne. This was exactly what you'd hope for at Cannes, with a WeAudition twist.
