Please tell us what it’s been like for you living and growing up in Georgia.
Bridget: I’m a small town girl, when you live in a small town everyone knows everything. It has been fun growing up in GA. We go to the river, build fires, climb trees, and just have fun during the summertime with friends and family.
What took up your time most during the height of the pandemic compared to now?
Bridget: Well, I was pregnant so my child took up most of my time wondering if he’s going to be Ok or not. I’m a great mom, I love him very much and wouldn’t change that for the world.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. How do you manage your work-life balance, self-care, and mental health while navigating your career as a social media influencer and model?
Bridget: When it comes down to it self care is all in mental health. You need to care about yourself rather than studying others opinions. It’s not about how other people feel it’s about how you feel inside as a person. Beautiful comes from within it’s not skin deep. So always be kind. You never know what people are going through and facing during their life.
Who would you say is your target audience and why?
Bridget: I would say my target audience is everyone because is everyone welcome. Any race, any age, and any gender.
Do you have any tips on how to effectively collaborate with brands?
Bridget: Just Be Respectful and Professional and hold yourself to high standards.
What is your favorite social media post that had the most engagement? Why do you think that particular post was a hit?
Bridget: My TikTok post that has 5 million views of me being flexible like a pretzel. I bent myself in half. Because it was unexpected, but it was still good people found it odd and interesting.
