Mike “Dedicated” Khoury has acquired the reputation of a passionate, committed person that is always eager to do his best and give 100%. Not surprisingly, he has earned the name of “Dedicated,” due to his inspiring and outstanding personality.
Mike is the owner of Top Tier Entertainment / 201boyz LLC. In addition to that, he is also a managing partner of Madd Hatter in Hoboken, NJ. Due to his incredible work and connection, he established himself as a bonafide nightlife influencer. He works tirelessly with his trusty team to provide nothing but the very best entertainment experiences, catering to people of all walks of life. While he often works in NYC and surrounding areas, Mike is also keen to bring his services throughout the country, bringing nightlife excellence wherever he goes!
With so much talent and dedication on his side, Mike managed to truly inspire others and influence people, not only in the entertainment scene but in various other facets of his community. In fact, Mike is a natural-born entrepreneur who is also interested in other areas. Being a recovered victim in a nearly deadly hit and run, he values every moment in life and understands that our time here is limited: we can only make the best of it!
What do you think are your best entrepreneurial qualities?
Mike: I believe that a lot of my success as an entrepreneur can be attributed to the fact that I am a dedicated person who wakes up every day motivated to win and be the best at whatever I do. I always want to learn and make myself and my game even 1% better.
I am also genuinely passionate about business- constantly networking and connecting with others around me to learn, collaborate, and grow. I pride myself in making meaningful connections that serve my businesses well and help me better myself as an entrepreneur. I listen to audiobooks, attend conferences, and surround myself with other winners so that I can learn from greats who have achieved the levels of success that I am constantly striving for myself.
What impact do you intend to make throughout your entrepreneurial journey?
Mike: My entrepreneurial journey has been a story of having a second chance at life after being the victim of a near-fatal hit-and-run accident that almost cost me everything. My mentality now is that I didn’t cheat death to live half a life. When people see my current wins, I want them to also know the story of how I got here- the lows I had to fight through and the moments where I had to lean on those around me to survive.
I share the story of my accident and the aftermath to encourage others not to give up, even when they hit rock bottom. I also share today’s wins in celebration of the beautiful life I have been able to build for myself from the ground up since that point in time. I have achieved success by being dedicated and embodying a winner’s mentality. That is the energy that I want to pass on to others.
What sparks your passion to stay in your industry?
Mike: I am motivated to become as successful as possible in this industry that I feel like I was born to excel in. I truly love this industry- I love seeing people have a good time. I love making moments special for those around me. I love to level up an entertainment experience to exceed my clients' expectations.
I love it all. I truly pride myself on providing an unparalleled entertainment experience, redefining the nightlife scene, and creating a culture that speaks for itself. I love working towards continually exceeding the expectations and precedents set by others in the industry.
Who are some people who helped you to get to where you are today?
Mike: When I was first getting into the industry, I was lucky to have people in my corner who helped me establish all of my connections in nightlife. Richie Romero and Claudio Pesce were two of these key players for me. On top of this, Claudio, who has now become a life-long friend of mine, first gave me the push I needed to launch a nightlife business of my own. I am forever grateful for both of their support in these initial stages of my career.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What steps are you taking to get there? What can we expect next from Mike Khoury?
Mike: My goal will be to continue providing the best nightlife experience possible. In the upcoming years, I would like to be involved in multiple venues as an equity owner. You can trust that I will continually be looking for opportunities to expand my current businesses and take on new business ventures as well. I am looking to expand my concierge services to provide my clients with top-notch nightlife services across the entire country while continuing to redefine nightlife excellence here in NJ.
