Interview With Michelle Krusiec, Star of Shudder Original Film, "They Live in The Grey"

On February 17th, Shudder, AMC Networks’ streamer for horror, thrillers, and the supernatural, will release They Live in The Grey. The film stars actress Michelle Krusiec (Hollywood) and is written and directed by Burlee and Abel Vang (Bedeviled).

They Live in The Grey follows Claire (Krusiec) who, while investigating a child abuse case, discovers that the family is being tormented by a supernatural entity. In order to save the family, she must confront her own fears and use her emerging clairvoyance to stop the malevolent force.

The Vang Brothers, whose previous work The Tiger’s Child was recognized on the Inaugural CAPE List, noted, “most horror films with Asian leads are foreign films. We’re proud and excited to tell an Asian-American horror story — something you don’t often see. We can’t imagine a better partner than Shudder to help us bring this Asian-American narrative to the horror genre.”

Michelle Krusiec masters this role and carries the film. The actress intensity and passion in each scene is so authentic with raw talent. Each emotion and experience is highly believable. This outstanding performance officially includes her amongst the elite list of Scream Queens.

I got an exclusive interview with Michelle.

They Live in The Grey is a Standoff Pictures Production in association with Whiskey Stream Films. The film is produced by Stephen Stanley and The Vang Brothers and features performances by Ken Kirby (Good Trouble), Ellen Wroe (For All Mankind), and Madelyn Grace (Don’t Breath 2).
