During the duration of the COVID pandemic, Loren Leon decided to utilize her credit knowledge as a business. In the initial six months of business, she became a six-figure business earning her first $250,000. In her inauguration year, she put over 150 in their own homes.
The income she made annually she started to make on a monthly contingency.
Currently, Loren successfully assembles LLC’s, corporations, and business credit for others seeking assistance. Accommodating aspiring business owners to create a passive stream of income utilizing business credit is her primary focus. Growing her credit and her businesses has allowed Loren to elevate from rags to riches. She currently owns fifteen Turo vehicles she leases as a business and eight AirBNB properties.

Why did you become an entrepreneur and what are you most passionate about?
I became an entrepreneur because living check to check became vastly complex. I couldn’t handle it any longer. I wanted to be in control of my time. Entrepreneurship gives you that freedom. I love helping others and hearing their accolades through my assistance is a gift.
In what ways do your services help others?
I assist others to create passive streams of income. This way they have financial freedom the way I have. people can breathe.
How would you define success and what steps did you take to become a successful business owner?
Success to me is being able to be me and live on my terms. Success to me is freedom. Being able to live in your passion because you love it is successful.
What do you hope for yourself and your business in the coming year?
I conspire to buy a block. I want to own every building on the block. Starting my own community became financially literate. I want to continue to touch and make an impact on people’s lives.
