Scarefest Weekend Set For Halloween Season October 21–23 in Lexington, Kentucky

Horror and Paranormal fans will be able to experience the sinister side of comic con during Scarefest Weekend 2022 in Lexington, Kentucky at the Central Bank Center October 21–23.

Robert Englund, best known for his iconic role as Freddy Krueger in the "A Nightmare on Elm Street" franchise is scheduled to headline. Englund recently portrayed Victor Creel in Stranger Things Season 4.

Accompanying Robert Englund are some of the cast of A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master, Lisa Wilcox, Danny Hassel, Tuesday Knight, Toy Newkirk, Brooke Theiss, Linnea Quigley, and Andras Jones. With a sprinkle of Lisa Zane (Freddy’s Dead: The Final Nightmare).

In addition to Freddy fun, attendees can obtain a double dose of Jason Voorhees with CJ Graham (Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives) and Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood, Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan, Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, and Jason X). As well as the cast of Friday the 13th Part III, and Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood.

Other horror and film legends who are scheduled to be in attendance include Robert Patrick (Terminator 2: Judgment Day), Lance Henriksen (Bishop in the Alien film franchise), Miguel A. Núñez Jr. (The Return of the Living Dead), Bill Moseley (Rob Zombie’s Firefly trilogy), Rob Mello (Happy Death Day), John Kassir (The voice of the Cryptkeeper), Jonathan Breck (Jeepers Creepers), Dave Sheridan (Scary Movie), fan-favorite Felissa Rose (Sleep Away Camp), and many more.

Horror and paranormal enthusiasts will be able to mingle with like-minded individuals, enjoy the films, panels, entertainment, and vendors, as well as enter a costume contest to name a few of the exciting activities that will take place.

Tammy Reese began her career as a theater actress performing in 60 live stage shows a year with The Media Unit TV and Stage Production Company. She also directed the weekly live TV show Rough Times Live.
