he Red Carpet Is Ready for an Exciting Awards Show
Leading up to the 83rd Annual Golden Globes, the red carpet was rolled out on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at The Beverly Hilton. Hosted by acclaimed comedian and actress Nikki Glaser, the event will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+ on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT.
The event opened with remarks from Golden Globes President Helen Hoehne. World-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa joined the preview to showcase this year’s menu. It will showcase a selection of Chef Nobu’s most celebrated signature dishes, including: Yellowtail Jalapeno, Caviar Cup, Lobster Salad with Spicy Lemon Dressing, Tai Matsuhisa Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Salmon Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Tuna Nigiri brushed with Nikiri soy, Miso Black Cod. Adding a sweet finish to the in-ballroom dining experience, guests will enjoy a white chocolate mousse, pistachio sponge, and ceremonial matcha cake, garnished with a Golden Nobu coin.
