Tuna Fish Recipe


INGREDIENTS:

Tuna fish – 250g ( cut in small cubes)

Hung curd- 250 g ( hung the curd in fine cotton for an hour so that all the water gets drained out)

Fresh coriander leaves paste- 3 tbsp

Green chili- 2 ( paste)

Ginger- 1 tbsp ( paste)

Garlic- 3 tbsp ( paste)

Turmeric and salt as per taste

PROCEDURE

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and keep in the refrigerator for an hour.

  2. You can microwave it without oil as the curd will release oil .

  3. And serve hot as a starter.
