Garlic Paneer/ cottage cheese Recipe

INGREDIENTS: Paneer/ cottage cheese – 250g ( cut in small cubes) Refined flour- 2 tbsp Corn flour- 1tbsp White/ black pepper powder- 1tbsp Green chili- 2 ( roughly chopped) Ginger- 1tbsp ( finely chopped) Garlic- 3tbsp ( finely chopped) Spring onions- 3tbsp ( finely chopped) Capcicum- 3 tbsp ( finely chopped) Soya sauce- 1/2 tbsp( 5 to 6 drops) Tomato sauce- 3tbsp Chilli sauce- 1tbsp

PROCEDURE Add refined flour, cornflour and pepper powder in 1 cup water and stir well. There should not be any lumps. Keep It aside.

1. Heat the pan. Put green chili, ginger, garlic, spring onion, Capsicum in it and saute for 30 seconds. Put ½ Cup water and let it come to a boil on high flame. 2. Aad soya sauce, tomato sauce and chili sauce on it. Stir well on high flame till it comes to a semi liquid consistency. Add1 and ½ Cup water to it. 3. Aad the paneer/ cottage cheese cubes and let it boil for 1 min. Add the flour liquid you made in it. Again stir continuously for 30 seconds otherwise lumps will form. And it is done Serve hot with rice or bread.
