Meet Howard Nash, Award-Winning Film and Television Producer.

Howard Nash has actively been producing movies since 1991. In 1993, he co-produced “Children of the Night,” a horror thriller released by Columbia Tri-Star Pictures. Produced for $ 1.5 million, the film has sold 75,000 + videos & DVDs to date and has earned more than $10 million in the home entertainment/rental market. It enjoyed a brief theatrical run and subsequently aired on HBO, Showtime, Starz, and Fear Net, and currently remains a regular staple on the Sy Fy Cable Channel. His television credits include “Feliciano, The Legend” for PBS, a one-hour music special that broadcast nationally in 1999.



He also co-produced “The Deep North” for CBS, a one-hour documentary special which earned him a NY, Emmy-Award nomination, and was one of the first “controversial” reality shows produced for network television. He also produced “Live in Reno”, a 90-minute concert special featuring the original members of the Electric Light Orchestra. The next ten years included more than a dozen widely distributed films, including Tracks (with Ice-T), Sleepless Nights, Heaven’s Messenger (with John Heard), Big Shots (with Ryan Hurst and William Devane), and The Legends of Nethiah (with John Heard and Theresa Russell). The latter film was released theatrically throughout Germany (in 3D), and subsequently released there on Blue Ray in 2014. “Legends” was additionally released in Japan (also on Blue Ray), in addition to the U.K., China, Thailand, South Korea, Mexico, Russia, Romania, Taiwan, South America, and the Middle East. In the U.S., the film is currently playing on most of the major cable carriers, including Time Warner, Verizon Fios, Hulu, and Comcast. Further release dates are now in the works through his domestic distributor, Indican Pictures.





In 2016, Howard produced “Occupants”, aka “Alterverse” a paranormal thriller released by Sony Pictures Entertainment. To date, the film has secured more than 47 International film festival awards. Following “Alterverse”, he co-produced the boxing film “Tiger”, starring Mickey Rourke, which opened in theaters throughout the U.S. in 2019. That same year he co-produced John Leguizamo’s “Road to Broadway” for PBS, which broadcast nationally as part of their PBS “Great Performances” series.


In May 2020, Nash produced and self-distributed “American Wisper”, a crime thriller based on a true story. It is currently playing on the Amazon Prime, Vimeo, and Tubi TV platforms, and still going strong: after six months of release, the film been seen by more than one million people in the U.S. alone.


He is currently shooting a one-hour pilot for The Learning Channel in NYC.
