Pascale Bélony isn’t just a Haitian beauty queen — she’s a force of nature, passionately advocating for marginalized communities, championing women’s health, and breaking barriers in the world of pageantry. Born in Cap-Haitien, Haiti, Bélony’s journey from a small coastal town to the global stage is one marked by resilience, determination, and a commitment to making a difference. In 2021, Bélony made history as the first Haitian woman to reach the semi-finals of the Miss Supranational Pageant, where she also clinched Haiti’s first crown at Miss Supranational Caribbean. Her accolades continued as she represented Haiti at the prestigious Miss Universe 2021 competition in Israel, captivating audiences with her grace, elegance, and unwavering pride in her heritage. But Bélony’s impact extends far beyond the realm of pageantry.


As a fervent advocate for quality healthcare, she graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Nursing. Her journey from immigrant to accomplished nurse reflects her unwavering commitment to serving others and addressing the pressing healthcare needs in Haiti and beyond. Bélony’s passion for philanthropy shines through her involvement with nonprofit organizations such as Projects for Haiti Global and MamaBaby Haiti. From serving as the communications and publicity director to becoming a board member, Bélony’s dedication to eradicating poverty and improving maternal health in Haiti is palpable.

Tammy Reese began her career as a theater actress performing in 60 live stage shows a year with The Media Unit TV and Stage Production Company. She also directed the weekly live TV show Rough Times Live.


Eventually, she went to Empire State College to obtain her degree in media studies. After graduation, she did more theater and wrote and produced her own videos to spread awareness on social issues through the arts.
