Music has the power to heal and comfort. Tonight’s MusiCares Persons of the Year Charity Gala was an evening of purpose, connection, generosity, and coming together as a community to stand with and support the music professionals who need us now more than ever. While this annual GRAMMY Week event always serves as a memorable tribute to the legacy of our honorees, it also serves as our largest annual fundraiser — one that raises critical funds to support MusiCares’ year-round efforts, including disaster relief and other essential services for music professionals in need.
With inspiring performances, heartfelt moments and the support of this year’s incredible honorees, the Grateful Dead — who have always been known for bringing people together for a greater cause — the evening highlighted the resilience and compassion of our industry. Together, we raised critical funds to ensure that MusiCares can continue its mission of helping the humans behind music, especially those impacted by the current devastation of the Greater Los Angeles wildfires.

Performers at the event included GRAMMY Award-Winning Artists Zac Brown, Stewart Copeland, Mick Fleetwood, Sammy Hagar, Bruce Hornsby, Norah Jones, Wynonna Judd, John Mayer, Maren Morris, Lukas Nelson, Billy Strings, The War On Drugs, Vampire Weekend, and Dwight Yoakam, along with GRAMMY Award Nominees Sierra Ferrell, Noah Kahan, Maggie Rose, My Morning Jacket, and The War And Treaty. Other notable attendees included the host of the evening, Andy Cohen, as well as Actor Miles Teller, Musical Artists David Archuleta, Grace Bowers and Aloe Blacc, and Author George R.R. Martin.
